Enjoy!
Love all your suggestions, but I think Erika Robuck’s book is The Invisible Woman, not The Impossible Woman. Cordially, Jean WareHouston
The best is yet to come…
LOL. You are so right. Erika’s book is THE INVISIBLE WOMAN. Thanks
Yikes, I consider myself a prolific reader and have not read one of these! Thanks for sharing!

I have put together a very eclectic mix of books. I purposely weave light fiction titles amongst. But these are all brilliantly written books. I think we need this for this year. This is the very diversity we need. There is surely stuff for every reader. Enjoy.
Thank You! Can’t wait to read your reviews of some of these new books.
I have Shoulder Season and Northern Spy and Outlawed was very good and different. I was declined for a review copy of Malibu Rising but it’s also on my list. Oh! I have Hamnet too. I guess I have a lot of these on my Kindle. Great variety here.
Excited to get another summer reading list! I know you usually collaborate with Elaine Newton to produce a list, is this list a replacement or will there be another list? Thanks for all the reading you do!
Thank you for your list of books, I am avid follower. Wondering if you will also be providing a reading list from Elaine Newton like you have done in the past. I understand her lectures are cancelled, but wondering if she will still do a list. Thank you in advance and for all that you do. Kind regards, Maxine

Thanks for the kind words. I have worked on the Critic’s Choice summer reading list with Elaine for twenty plus year. This year will be a departure. Hoping she is able to get back down here next year.
This is so exciting! I look forward to spending many happy hours going down the list of books! Thank you for taking the time to compile a wonderful selection of subjects.
