I was lucky to get Tiny and Miss Mimi to pose under the tree with books.
We’re so blessed to have family living nearby during the holidays. We will see both sons and their families. Our Asheville family will be celebrating Christmas in their lovely mountain home with a thin layer of snow. They will be missed.
Just look at this amazing clay pot designed and made by my artist friend Karen. I just LOVE it. What a thoughtful gift. She is so talented.
I have to show you a picture of the newest addition to our extended family. Bonnie is a six-month old puppy who is making her home with my son and his family. Just look at that face.
With all the drama and trauma and heart ache going on all throughout the world, we are so grateful for the love of family and friends. I am so lucky to have a wonderful little job at Copperfish Books in Punta Gorda. My blog is a joy and so are all the wonderful readers I’ve met over the years. I love visiting book clubs throughout the tri-county area and talking about books! I have a lot to be thankful for.
I will be publishing my list of this year’s favorite reads later this week. It is going to be hard to choose them. The upcoming year is already promising to be a great one for reading. I am reading into June already. It’s just crazy.
I wish you a Merry Christmas! And I can’t thank you enough for following my blog. Cheers!
