Minette’s Feast
This children’s book written about Julia Child’s first cat, Minette, is absolutely exquisite. The prose is written by Susanna Reich, while the gorgeous artwork is by Amy Bates. Both have done a stellar job. This book blew me away.
Julia Child would be celebrating her 100th birthday, soon. I believe we will see much memorabilia on the market. But the two books I am featuring here are the only two items you will need.
Julia’s Cats
JULIA’S CATS by Patricia Barey and Therese Burson is just delightful. Who knew Julia Child was a real cat lover? I have read plenty of books about her and by her, but didn’t realize she adored cats. Well, here’s a new little book to soothe your soul and give you some new insight to who Julia Child really was. Here’s to you, Julia!
